My Story

Hello!  I'm Emily and I live in central Iowa.  I first started quilting in 2010 after my mother in law offered to teach me.  After that first quilt, I was hooked and discovered other quilters online who also love bright colors and modern styles as well as the work of quilters from the past.  I have since made a lot of quilts for friends and family. I have also designed a quilt pattern that was published in American Patchwork and Quilting magazine.  Now I'm so excited to be helping others finish their quilts and getting to know other quilters and their stories.  There are so many different personalities and expressions of creativity and love for others among quilters. It gives me joy to get to know them and be a part of the quilt making process with them.
